Refund policy
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you received your item, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
For DIY craft material packs (such as keychain accessories, beads, strings, charms, etc.), returns are not accepted once the package is opened or the components have been mixed. We appreciate your understanding.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven‘t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
Shipping for returns
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
